Greetings from Conference 2003! 


Only a Few Rooms Left - Make Your Eldorado Hotel Reservation  
Before August 15th!! 

The Eldorado Hotel and the Western Museums Association / BC  
Museums Association have teamed up to sponsor a "thank you" to 
all  of our delegates who have booked their conference rooms 
through  our room block.  

If you book your $69/night reservation at the Eldorado Hotel by  
August 15th by calling the hotel directly at (800) 648-5966 and  
reference "Western Museums Association/Code SWE1018" you will  
be entered in a drawing to win the following: 

- A gift basket courtesy of the Eldorado Hotel including a $25 food 
voucher and a bottle of Ferrari-Carano wine 

- A free basic registration to the BC Museums Association's  
Conference 2004 in Nanaimo, BC  

The drawing will be Sunday, October 19th at the Exhibit Hall  
Opening Reception (need not be present to win) and the sumptuous  
basket will be delivered to the winner in their room that evening!   

To be eligible you must have reserved a room in our room block by
