We have just received word from Fraser Spafford Ricci Art and  
Archival Conservation Inc, instructors for the Disaster Response  
Workshop scheduled this weekend. 

Due to insufficient numbers for the hands-on Mock Disaster portion of  
the workshop on Day 2, they did not believe they could deliver the  
calibre of workshop as designed and have requested a postponement. 
We will be discussing with them an  alternative workshop date and 
location. 

BCMA WILL precede with the Regional Open House Reception at 5:30 
pm, Friday, April 2, 2004 and the Council face to face meetings as 
scheduled. 

Members and Subscribers are invited and welcome to join us for the 
Reception, however space is limited so please RSVP to Surrey 
Museum and Archives at: 604-502-6456. 

We regret the late notice we have received and have endeavoured to  
pass this information on as quickly as possible. 

Thanks to all of you for your interest. We will announce the re- 
scheduled date and/or location as soon as it is determined.
