REGISTER NOW for BCMA's Conference 2004,
Nanaimo, October 13-16, 2004!

Early Bird Registration ends Friday, August 13, 2004.

To take advantage of reduced rates, be sure to get your registration
to the Conference Office by this Friday.

For the last several years CMA has offered a Gift Shop Conference 
and this year BCMA was able to secure one of the exceptional 
offerings from their conference and are proud to present it as a Pre-
Conference Workshop:

"Is Your Store Making Money?"  Instructor Sue-Anne Ramsden,
President of Ramsden and Associates  is currently working with the
Canadian Museums Association as Director, Museum Enterprises.  

Sue-Ann is responsible for the Museum Shop Initiative including the 
CMA's two mail order catalogues and the two shop conferences.
