On behalf of Council, Secretariat & Members, a special "thank you" to
Conference 2004 Chair, Debbie Trueman, her staff, Nanaimo District
Museum for hosting and the 180+ delegates who participated in a
highly successful and enjoyable provincial conference--BCMA's 48th
Annual--that concluded this past weekend. Well done!
Some reminders to follow-up Conference 2004:
Participant Surveys:
If you have not returned your completed survey, (check your delegate
bag!), please take a minute and fax it back to Debbie or Arvon at:

Your feedback is important and reviewed for Conference 2005
planning.
Member GO Cards, Receipts, etc:
All Member GO Cards, membership and tax receipts and latest
renewal notices not picked up at the Conference 2004 Registration
Desk have now been mailed to you. This brings all membership info up
to date.
Institutional Members are asked to review and complete the
accompanying BCMA GO Card MOU and return it to BCMA as soon
as possible.
Conference 2005 - Call for Proposals:
BCMA's 49th Annual Provincial Conference will be October 19-22,
2005 in Kelowna, BC. MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
A Call for Proposals was issued at Conference 2004 with a submission
deadline of : December 13, 2004.
Watch for BCMA-L announcements and links to Proposal Guidelines
and the submission form to be posted the BCMA website ASAP.
ALSO: WMA's Annual Meeting 2005 Proposal deadline is November
1, 2004. For guidelines and submission form, please go to the WMA
