Request for Proposals - Advancing the Arts in Nelson & Area
The City of Nelson invites proposals from qualified individuals or teams =
to complete a number of cultural development initiatives.
The initiatives include arts policy and planning, partnership building, =
a cultural tourism action plan (including pilot products), funding =
research, and community education.
The successful proponent(s) will have a familiarity with the arts and =
culture sector, particularly cultural tourism, and will be a strong =
networker and team builder. Business planning and marketing skills are =
also sought.
A complete description of the proposal requirements is available on the =
city website www.city.nelson.bc.ca, under "News Flash" or can be =
obtained by attending the 2nd Floor Administration Office of City Hall, =
310 Ward Street, Nelson, BC.
Deadline for receipt of proposals is 4:30 p.m., Thursday, June 30. =
