<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">The BC Museums Association invites Institutional Members interested
in hosting a Canadian Conservation Institute (CCI) workshop between
April 1, 2007 & March 31, 2008, to reply to the BCMA with a brief
Expression of Interest <b>by 5:00pm, Thursday, November 30, 2006.</b></span></font></div>

<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">The workshop will be offered under BCMA's continuing Regional
Workshops Series program.</span></font></div>
<div align="left"><br/>
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">Workshop topics can be reviewed online at:</span></font></div>

<div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">Regional Workshop hosts must be current Institutional Members of
BCMA and have the option of accepting a $500 hosting fee and
registering their participants; OR, waiving the hosting fee and receiving
2 or 3 complimentary registrations (depending on the maximum size of
the workshop selected).</span></font></div>

<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">Regional Workshop Series Hosts will be asked to help coordinate
hospitality in conjunction with BCMA, including catering arrangements,
hotel accommodation for registrants, if required, and to assist with
workshop promotion in their region with the support of BCMA.  </span></font></div>

<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">Member and Non-member registration fees are charged and
administered through BCMA.</span></font></div>

Choice for a CCI application due December 8, 2006. BCMA may
contact interested institutions for additional workshop information,
potential user groups, projected participants, budget considerations,
etc, as part of the CCI application process. Proposed workshop dates
may also be negotiated to coincide with scheduled Council face to face
meetings and/or Regional Open House Receptions.</span></font></div>
