Greetings from the BC Museums Association!
Homepage updates are now in progress, BUT we have now posted the
following NEW and exciting details...
1. BC150: Celebrating Influential BC Women, Seniors & Elders
- Project Funding Program, administered by the BCMA for the
Ministry of Community Services.
- Deadline for applications: May 30, 2008.
- Downloadable Guidelines & Application Form.
2. BCMA's Conference 2008: "Storytelling" (November 19-22, 2008
at The Fairmont Empress, Victoria, BC)
- Second Call for Proposals.
- Deadline for proposals: May 16, 2008.
- Downloadable Guidelines & Proposal Form.
(Thanks to all who have already submitted workshop and session
content proposals!)
3. "Care for Archival Collections" CCI-BCMA Regional Workshop,
hosted by Kelowna Museum, May 16-17, 2008 at the Okanagan
Heritage Museum, Kelowna, BC. Limited to 20 Participants on "first
come" basis, (Sold-out in Terrace last May).
- Deadline for registration: May 12, 2008 (c/o BCMA Office)
