and the host hotel for BCMA's Conference 2008, November 19-22,
2008 in Victoria, BC, has now made available a block of rooms at the
special rate of $90.00 per night (single/double).</span></font></div>

<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">This rate will apply for 3-days prior and 3-days <i>after</i> Conference 2008
so that delegates can plan for an extended stay and tour the region
before or after Conference. </span></font></div>

<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">AND by booking your room <i>now</i>, and helping to fill the room block
early, The Fairmont Empress will increase the number of rooms
available to delegates, presenters and exhibitors at the special rate of
$90./night.</span></font></div>

special Conference rate AND (very important) to ensure the BCMA
