ism Alliance of BC (The BC Museums Association,
Heritage BC, The Ministry of Tourism, Sports and the Arts – Heritage
Branch, The Land Conservancy of BC, the Alliance of BC National
Historic Sites, the Business Improvement Areas of BC, Parks Canada,
and independent heritage operators) and Tourism British Columbia are
working together to increase traffic/visitation to facilities, locations a=
nd
experiences that feature British Columbia’s history and heritage. </s=

ism Alliance of BC is looking for a motivated team
player who is dedicated to business excellence and to the promotion of
British Columbia’s heritage products. </span></font></div>

ourism Liaison, you will report directly to the Alliance
and be the lead conduit between industry and government for the
purposes of this initiative. In addition, with respect to the
implementation of the “Experiences BC History and Heritage Marketing
Plan”, the Heritage Tourism Liaison will provide analytical, creative=
and
implementation support for all marketing communications and tourism
product development activities. </span></font></div>

Tourism Alliance of BC, Tourism British Columbia, government, and

sign and implementation of
marketing communication projects, tracks progress to meet deadlines,
monitors budgets and measures results. </span></font></p>

0;       Facilitate the effectiveness o=
f third-party vendors, such as
the
travel media representative, photographers and other similar vendors. </sp=

0;       Develop and produce a Heritage=
Tourism Product Bulletin and
publishable information about the History and Heritage marketing
initiative that can be used to promote the initiative through a variety of=
heritage and tourism membership organizations. </span></font></p>

>Qualifications: </b></span></font></div>

ondary training in marketing or cultural tourism
management or related experience, enhanced by a comprehensive
knowledge of the heritage sector in British Columbia. You take pride in
your strong organizational and communication skills and your
reputation for delivering high-quality service on time, in a fast-paced
environment. You enjoy working independently as well as being part of
a team, and you have superior computer skills in a wide range of
desktop programs. </span></font></div>
