All unclaimed display space at The Fairmont Empress (Crystal Ballroom) will
be re-allocated to waiting BC150 Project Exhibits that cannot be
accommodated for public exhibit at the Royal BC Museum, during
Conference 2008 week. </span></font>

Trade Show exhibitors will move-in Wednesday morning, November 19 on
Pre-Conference Workshop Day and remain open through the Opening
Reception that evening (to 7:30pm) in the adjacent, flow-through Empress
Tearoom Lobby and Palm Court, for over 240 delegates (so far!), plus
invited guests from the Victoria region. </span></font>

Trade Show exhibits will be situated in the heart of Conference 2008's
Opening Ceremonies, keynote address, Plenary A & the Minister's
Luncheon on Thursday, November 20, afternoon sessions and a final Trade
Show blitz and closing at 5:30pm, prior to the BC Reports Reception at the
Maritime Museum of BC that evening. Trade Show exhibits will strike &
move-out Thursday evening. </span></font>
