IMPORTANT MEETING WITH CITY COUNCIL - July 25th @ 3:00pm

Hello to all the friends and supporters of MSA Museum Society, Trethewey
House and those in favour of preserving our history and heritage in
Abbotsford and surrounding areas.

 

MONDAY JULY 25th at 3:00pm there will be a very important meeting with
Abbotsford City Council in which our Executive Director (Dorothy Van der
Ree) and our President (Cindy Boury) will be showing a beautiful 
PowerPoint presentation visually outlining the new strategic plan for the 
MSA Museum/Trethewey House site, the new discovery centre and other 
exciting site plans to City Council. For many council members, this will be 
the first time they will have seen or heard of this plan and the amazing 
opportunity it will be.


And to that end, we need YOUR support as well.

 

We would love to see a full auditorium, a strong representation of MSA
Museum Society directors, members and supporters, or even just folks who 
are interested in supporting history and heritage preservation in Abbotsford 
and the Fraser Valley. We need to show City Council that the citizens of this
region are in favour of this project and in preserving and interpreting our
history through his unique, educational, interactive and beautiful centre.

 

If you have the time, and are in support of and interested in seeing this
plan come to fruition to, PLEASE come and blend your voice with us at this
very important meeting.
