Hello BCMA members:

 

Thank you for all of those members who have registered early!

 

Tomorrow is the last day to take advantage of the early bird special.  In
these rough times of tight budgets we all need to find ways to save money,
meeting our institutional goals  and connecting with our colleagues from
across the province.  By taking advantage of the early bird conference rates
will accomplish this and more.

 

If you haven't been to the BCMA conference in awhile this year's conference
is the one you don't want to miss!  

 

This years' conference will offer lively conversation and thought-provoking
topics. 

 

We are presenting two of Canada's leading scholars in the field of museums
and art galleries, Douglas Worts and Robert Janes who will challenge our
ways of thinking about museums and art galleries. 

 

We are also presenting a diverse and exciting series of workshops in
technology, interpretation and stories of exhibitions that explore the
themes of the conference, Agents of Change-Engaging Our Communities
presented by your colleagues from across BC.
