[BCMA MBEN] BCMA Conference 2013 - Pre-Conference Workshop Only and/or Event Ticket Registration Form

A NOTE ABOUT BCMA CONFERENCE REGISTRATION THIS YEAR -

When registering, if you are interested in registering for a pre-conference
workshop in addition to the Conference, you will have that option as part of
conference registration (register for the conference, then later in the
process you will have the option to register for the workshops).

If you are not registering for the Conference and would like to attend a
pre-conference workshop, or purchase extra event tickets, please complete
the attached registration form and forward via mail, email or fax to the
BCMA Secretariat Office.

 

Please note:  

 

The Complete package automatically includes a single ticket to all events
except the Saturday tour, and registrants have the option of purchasing one
(1) additional ticket for a guest at that time.  

 

The Basic and One-Day packages allow registrants to purchase a single ticket
to conference events but if you wish to purchase additional ticket(s) for a
guest(s) please use the above-noted registration form.
