NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE BC MUSEUMS ASSOCIATION

Meeting agenda is attached.
 
IM (Institutional members) are requested to register a Voting
Representative.  Please complete and return the attached form.  If no
representative is able to attend, please see below for Proxy Vote
instructions.
 
Proxy Vote
Any voting member who is unable to attend the meeting may assign a Proxy
Vote to another voting member in good standing.  Please complete the
attached Assignment of Proxy Vote and return it to the BCMA office.    
 
Proxy Votes are valid for Election of Officers and Council only.
