Your Annual General Meeting takes place on Monday, September 14, at the Art
Gallery of Greater Victoria.
If you are a voting member in good standing, but aren't able to attend,
please submit your proxy vote for election of Council members and officers.
A proxy assignment form is attached.  It will only take a moment.
 
Institutional members are asked to register their voting representative.
There is no limit to the number of people who can attend the AGM, but only
one may vote on behalf of the Institution.  A Voting Representative form is
attached. It's quick and easy to complete and return.
