Dear BCMA Institutional and Individual members:

The BCMA Annual General Meeting takes place at 7:30am, Friday, October 14,
at the Whistler Hilton Resort.

If you haven't already done so, please download the AGM package, including
voting instructions, here

The password is AGM2016

If you WILL NOT attend the AGM, please assign your vote to a proxy by
filling in the form provided.

If you WILL ATTEND the AGM as a representative of an Institutional member,
please confirm that you are authorized to vote on behalf of that member by
completing the form provided.

All forms must be returned to the BCMA office* by October 6, 2016*.
