Hello All!

Its strategic planning season in Maple Ridge! We are currently
gathering
information for a comparison document to be included in our business
plan
to show the relationships other museums have in their communities.

Please take a few moments and send a reply to mrm-
jordana@uniserve.com with your answers. I will be happy to keep your
museum name undisclosed if you would prefer and I will also be more than

happy to share this comparison chart when I have completed it. No later

than June 2007.

2. Square Feet of total space
3. Annual Operating Budget total
4. Major Funder (if any)
5. % of revenue from major funder
6. Population of the community you are located in

We would also love to see detailed budgets and any strategic business
plans that have been generated recently specifically regarding the
development of and move to a new museum.
