Probably the best quality source in Canada for this is Friesens: 
http://www.friesens.com/
There are also printers in BC that will do this for you (and do a great 
job) http://printoriumbookworks.islandblue.com/
and if you require assistance with ISBN etc, then a self-publish 
organization like Trafford could assist you: www.trafford.com/
