[Bcma-l] Fee for Service Contract

Hello, Everyone,

We have just been requested to enter into a Fee for Service Contract with
our municipal government, and a draft agreement has been provided to us. Our
museum society board has a year to negotiate it with the city. I am looking
for advice and perhaps examples of similar agreements involving small to
mid-sized museums, as an aid in this task. Please feel free to contact me
either on or off-list. Any help would be appreciated.
