[Bcma-l] Communication

Hello all,
 
I am interested in knowing how the majority of you handle your 
communication efforts. By communication I refer to all 
activities (website, media coverage, outreach, PR etc.)  that 
communicate to your major key audiences (stakeholders, general public, 
members,volunteers). Communication that creates and supports the 
organization's image and increases participation and support for its 
activities.
 
I am curious to know how many of you have communication staff. And if 
you do, would you be willing to share information re: job description, 
effectiveness, etc.
