Museums and the Web 2007
April 11 - 14, 2007
San Francisco, California, USA

** Opening Keynote: Brewster Kahle, Internet Archive **
We're delighted that Brewster Kahle, Founder of the Internet Archive,
will be giving the Keynote Address in the Opening Plenary on April 12.
Long a leader in the open access movement, Brewster will talk about
defining roles, rights and responsibilities, and introduce the Open
Content Alliance. We're excited to see what challenge Brewster will put
to the museum community.
** Regular Registration Deadline: January 31, 2007 **
If you haven't already registered, the deadline for early registration
is coming up soon. Payment for early registrations must be *received* by
January 31, 2007. Register on-line with a credit card to ensure early
rates.

** Pre-Conference Workshops Filling Up **
Many of the workshops at MW2007 have limited enrollment to ensure that
they are great learning experiences. Several are now approaching their
limit. If you've been thinking about adding a workshop to your
registration, do so soon to avoid disappointment.
** Pre-Conference Tour Registration Closes January 31, 2007 **
There's been a great response to the pre-conference tours this year.
Space is limited, and registration for tours will close January 31, 2007.
** Biggest MW Ever **
We're looking forward to the largest MW ever. Join us in San Francisco
for the only annual conference exploring the on-line presentation of
cultural, scientific and heritage content across institutions and around
the world.
