Good evening Meriel,

1) your website link doesn't work, I think you intended 
www.CITY.quesnel.bc.ca;

2) how about some salary expectations? there's not a whole lot more 
useful information in the PDF; and finally:

3) are you open to hiring a candidate under 30 who meets or exceeds the 
requirements? or are you favouring older candidates solely on experience?
