I am on the hunt for restorative information for "Nipper" =
our RCA Mascot. We believe that his composition is a 'plaster of paris' =
base. We have had him on display here at our museum for over 25 years; =
currently his left hind leg and buttocks area are broken and collapsing. =

I am interested in the restorative process that would =
enable us to keep his heritage status and also if anyone knows of any =
grants/funds to allow us to do this project?
