[Bcma-l] Summer Student Grant

The Skookumchuck Heritage Society did not receive a YCW grant. We have not 
been notified formally but were told so in a response to my email request 
for info.  This is only our second year of operating the Egmont Heritage 
Centre and we did receive both YCW and SCP funding last year.  We have not 
yet heard about the CSJ grant for this year.
I am shocked at the way this things seems to have been mismanaged this year. 
It's hard to make plans - especially when you are new at the game!  We have 
advertised hours of operation and programs that we will not be able to 
maintain without the extra student manpower.  The injection of young bright 
students always creates a valuable exchange that is beneficial to all.
