[Bcma-l] Summer Students

I just got a call from Service Canada telling me that they have decided to
fund Two Rivers Gallery's Canada Summer Jobs application for 3 students for
10 weeks each. I had applied for 4 students. Last week they had funded none.
I complained to the local Service Canada office, to my two local
(conservative) MPs, and to Service Canada's Fairness Advisor's office. My
complaints addressed specific errors in the scoring of my application as
well as the faulty design of the application form itself. I'm not sure which
complaints, if any, helped my case forward.
