Two Rivers Gallery is seeking a Fund Development and Communications Officer.

The Gallery is a vital centre for visual art in Prince George and the
central interior of British Columbia. We are an “A” designated institution
and we have won wide recognition for our innovative program of local,
national, and international exhibitions and public programs. Our building, a
sophisticated 20,000 square foot facility, is a regional architectural
landmark.

The Gallery is seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic candidates with strong
communication skills and fundraising experience.

The successful candidate will have an exciting opportunity to help build a
fund development program for this well established organization with strong
connections to the philanthropic and the business communities. She or he
will plan, develop and manage the implementation of relationship-building
activities for both annual and long-term giving programs.

Prince George offers an impressive quality of life with good urban,
educational, cultural and recreational facilities. In addition to the best
small university in western Canada, the city has a symphony orchestra, a
science museum, professional live theatre, easy access to wilderness, no
traffic congestion and a reasonable cost of living. This all makes Prince
George attractive to young professionals, families and mature workers alike.

If you are a skilled communicator who is able to initiate complex projects
and engage with diverse communities and audiences, please submit your CV in
strict confidence, along with along with the names of three references on or
before January 14th, 2008.
