WW II - West Coast Flying Stations: Talk & Slide Show, By Chris Weicht

Chris Weicht, aviation historian and author, will explore western 
Canada’s rich military and civilian aviation history through a 
fascinating selection of vintage photograph slides.

Chris, an Associate Air Force Historian, appointed by the Canadian Air 
Command Office of Air Force Heritage, has spent a lifetime in both 
military and civilian aviation. He is author of Jericho Beach and the 
West Coast Flying Boat Stations – a history spanning 1919 to 1947, which 
received the Certificate of Merit from the BC Historical Federation.
