RE:  Nominations to the Board of Directors



Dear Heritage BC Member:



The deadline for receipt of nominations to the Board of Directors is
Monday, April 7.



Nominees must be either a member of a Heritage BC Group Member, 
or an
Individual Member with at least one year's standing. 



Nominations may be made by any voting member (i.e., Group or
Individual) in good standing; however, Individual Member nominations
must also be sponsored by four additional Individual Members.  



To make a nomination, complete the enclosed form and attach a 
resume
of no more than 350 words.  Resumes will be circulated to members in
the event of a vote.
