Looking for some stability within the Cultural Services area that offers
an exciting management position in a sought after environment? If you
are, then this is the job for you! The Arts Services Manager is a
pivotal position within the City of Burnaby's Cultural Services as it
oversees all facets,=20
including budgets, of the Arts Division based at the Shadbolt Centre of
the Arts. We are currently recruiting for a candidate that has a vision
for the big picture and is strategic in moving the division forward with
the key knowledgeable staff the are currently in place. The only missing

Developing policies, procedures, goals and objectives will be the first
step in seeing the vision through to completion by the staff responsible
for their respective areas. It's not just managing the division and the
wonderful team of people; it's also keeping an eye on the programs,
festivals, special events, theatres and the multiple facilities! Your

As part of your talent in management and cultural services, you will
have a university degree in fine arts, cultural resource management,
arts administration or a related discipline coupled with a proven track
