*Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Try various collage techniques with coloured papers, magazine
images,fabric, or 3D objects like buttons, beads, or metal. Used as a
background or as a main part of the composition, collage can provide
endless possibilities for your ATCs. Call 604.247.8300 to register.
Workshops are followed by an ATC Trading Session from 6:00-7:30pm.

Artist Trading Cards (ATC's) are miniature works of art created on a
21/2 x 31/2 (64 x 89 mm) surface. They are original artworks or small
editions self-produced by artists, however anyone can produce them.
There are no restrictions of what art materials or theme you choose,
meaning the possibilities for creativity are endless. The idea is that
you trade with other people who produce cards, which is a fun way to
meet other artists and start your own unique art collection.

7:00-8:30pm / All Ages / Free Admission

Join us for the closing celebration of the 3rd Annual Artist Trading
Card Exhibition at the Richmond Art Gallery. Visitors and participating
artists select a work from the ATC Exhibition wall and replace it with
an ATC of their own creation. View the works from 7:00-7:30, in
preparation for the Trading that begins at 7:30pm. ATC Trading will
continue in the gallery for those traders who have brought additional
cards. We hope you join us in this wonderful evening of sharing, meeting
other artists, and adding to your ATC collection!
