We call it a dress code, but adhering to Superhost is what we go by.
Superhost says that tops should not be more than a handspan from your
throat, skirts/shorts no more than an inch (definitely no jean shorts), no
profanity or insinuating words, gestures, on the shirts, include days and
hours of operation, clean footwear, protocol, what is expected, who to call,
ensure that what you expect is covered as then there isn't a communication
gap. That's where problems start, over gaps and people work better when
they know where they stand.
