Hi, the Pemberton Museum's property taxes are waived by the Village of
Pemberton who owns the land.
The society runs the museum operation.

taxes on that portion of your building which is being occupied by your gift
shop?

taxes on that portion of your building that is leased to other profit or
non-profit entities that lease space in your building?
