Hi Claudia,
Long time no talk.
There are a couple of ways - a router or dremel will work - you need
something with high RPM. Or, in absence of a hot wire, you can use a
soldering iron, but do this outside and if you have an oxygen system for
breathing, so much the better. Many C&C machines will also cut this foam
for you automatically, and they typically use high RPM cutters.
