...Hmmm, Larry, judging by the rate of inquiries and the number of
project applications we are tracking from all corners of the province;
and the fact that several applications seem to have been in progress
without prior consultation with the office; /and/ that the original May
30 deadline was extended, (of which some prospective clients were at
first unaware, then decided to proceed with project applications after
May 30); it seems worth a listserv reminder that the deadline is a
"postmark" deadline, as such reminders of approaching deadlines, (ie
Awards & Bursaries, Golden Services Awards, Conference and Regional
Workshop registrations, operating assistance and project grants, etc),
are common practice on BCMA-L and seem to be appreciated by those who
participate.
