subject to advance confirmation of attendance and will be announced in
advance of Conference 2008 via MBEN and BCMA-L listservs, and the

It is not necessary to purchase a ticket to participate in the AGM, but tickets
for the AGM Breakfast are included in the Conference 2008 Complete
Package, OR available at $25ea <i>and must be purchased in advance</i> (for
catering purposes), preferably using the online Conference 2008 registration
