The Cultural Resource Management Program at the University of Victoria is p=
leased to offer the following workshop for professionals and volunteers wor=
king in heritage sites and cultural centres.

This workshop is offered in partnership with the British Columbia Heritage =
Branch, Ministry of Tourism, Sport, and the Arts as part of the Historic Si=
tes Stewardship Program.  This workshop is being held in conjunction with t=
he Heritage BC annual conference.

Re-Thinking The Way Ahead: Collaboratively

E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G has changed. In these stormy economic times, our boards=
 and staff are looking for ways to work smarter, be happier, and fundraise =
more strategically. This practical workshop is designed to help social-prof=
it organizations learn how to achieve these aims. Through lecture, dialogue=
, Q & A, and fresh insights, learn a breathtaking simple methodology to hel=
p your board and staff collaboratively see your organization as it has neve=
r seen itself before - Whole. From this freshly shared vantage point, thoug=
htful options for more effective action and better targeted fund developmen=
t efforts will stand out in sharp relief.

This workshop is being held in conjunction with the Heritage BC annual conf=
erence. It is offered as part of the Historic Sites Stewardship Program, a =
partnership of the Cultural Resource Management Program and the Heritage Br=
anch of the British Columbia Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts.
