The White Rock Museum + Archives is hosting its fourth annual lecture =
series titled "In Their Own Words: Local Authors and Historians on =
Topics of Local Interest." The lecture series reflects the four themes =
of the museum's mandate: Natural History, First Nations History, =
Settlement History, and Railway History.

Internationally renowned fashion historian Ivan Sayers has been =
fascinating audiences with his lectures and stunning fashion shows for =
many years. His knowledge of fashion history and collection of antique =
clothing are unrivalled. He will discuss fashion in British Columbia =
during White Rock's formative years, 1909-1939.

Lectures are held in the museum meeting room. Admission is by donation.
