Just wanted to let you know ... the Cowichan Bay Maritime Centre is proud to
present Nearly Neil and his Solitary Band at the Cowichan Theatre in Duncan
on October 17th. 

 

Nearly Neil www.nearlyneil.com is Bobby Bruce a B.C. boy who has become an
electrifying performer and has spent the last eleven years rocking thousands
of screaming fans throughout North America, Australia, New Zealand and South
East Asia with his amazing tribute to Neil Diamond. A Legend was born when
Bobby's incomparable talent for impersonating Neil Diamond was finally
realized. Bobby has played with some of the biggest shows in the business
including a ten-month tour of the US with Las Vegas based Legend's in
Concert, and two tours of Australia with Legends of Rock. He has performed
at some of the best venues including the Toronto Skydome, selling out
Vancouver's Commodore Ballroom and onboard several luxury liners at sea in
the South Pacific.

 

Come out and share your memories of Neil Diamond's hits such as Cherry
Cherry, Cracklin Rosie, Forever In Blue Jeans, Holly Holy, I Am I Said, I'm
A Believer, Red Wine, Solitary Man, Song Sung Blue, Sweet Caroline, Thank
The Lord For The Night Time, You Don't Bring Me Flowers.

 

This will be an evening to remember and your support will benefit the
Cowichan Bay Maritime Centre, as all net proceeds will help us continue with
our programs. This success of this event is very important to the centre
with the current funding cut backs we are facing due to the lack of
government funds.
