The cuts to the BC Arts Council are deeper than first reported by the
government. In today's Globe and Mail Fiona Morrow has written a story
that reveals that the cuts to the Council will ultimately amount to a
90% decrease in program funding over the next three years - from 19.5
million to 2.5 million.=20
