We are undertaking a capital project to erect a building on our property
that would serve as a year-round place to restore full-size rolling stock.
The conservation of these large artifacts will require a solid structure
with room for equipment, working space, storage, and perhaps a space from
where the public may safely observe the work being done. We think that we
have room for a building that could house enough track for one car to be
worked on at a time with doors that open front and back so that movement of
the rolling stock would be easier.

In exploring the design of a building like this one, we thought we would see
if there are any similar structures that have been erected fairly recently
and if it would be possible to have a look at the designs. In seeking
funding for this project it is in our best interest to keep design costs
down as they can be very high when we will also have to seek funding for the
construction itself.

Any asssistance would be helpful,
Thanks
Jennifer
