[BCMA] Ruth Stubbs

To all of you who know and love Ruth Stubbs, former Curator of the
Quesnel Museum:

 

It is with great sadness that her husband, Bob, asked me to let you know
that Ruth was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at the beginning of the
month.  It turns out to be inoperable, but she will receive kemo
treatments.  After a pretty harrowing time in Vancouver, they are back
home in Quesnel. Ruth has an appointment with the Oncologist in Prince
George on September 25.  After that, they will determine where she will
receive her treatments.  Her family and friends have been wonderful
during this very stressful time and I know Ruth would love to know that
you are praying for her as well.

I believe they are being checked regularly, but please don't expect an
immediate reply.
