    *The film is constructed from pans of the 100+ 'history paintings'
    that Birk created 'documenting' the 'recent' war between San
    Francisco and Los Angeles. It is in the style of the documentaries
    that Ken Burns has done for PBS, with, however, mock-serious
    narration that is perfectly suited to such an imaginary series of
    battles. 45 min.
