I believe this tool was used by a blacksmith. The tool was placed on the
iron strip to be bent at a specific angle, struck with the hammer on the
head of the tool to kink the iron to the desired angle. The tool
looks all hand forged with the eye on the end to hang it up. This is my
guess. Garry
