[BCMA] Combined database for archives and artefacts

Hi Alexis,

We could put you in touch with a few institutions that use the Eloquent WebSuite for both applications and many others that use one or the other. Users include the largest city in Canada, the largest state in the US and a whole range of sizes down to a few smaller 1-person institutions. As a combined suite they have access to the following features:

  - a search will find both artifacts and archival items
  - descriptive records marked as approved are immediately made available to the public
  - digital content can be displayed
  - an accession can contain both archives and artifacts
  - the two applications can share the controlled vocabulary for topical subjects and names authorities

I was wondering if anybody has a collections database that combines 
archival and artefact records in one layout? And if so does it work well
