[BCMA] Board Expense Policy

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

We are looking to develop an expense policy for our Board of Directors -
does anyone have a policy they are willing to share?  Even less formal
guidelines about what expenses are reimbursed and what procedures you
follow would be helpful -
