The brick, mortar, tile and other masonry materials that shape both modest and monumental structures are subject to the ravages of time, climate, inherent vice, vandalism and pollution. This course develops your understanding of the characteristics and challenges of a range of masonry materials and structures and your ability to manage their preservation and conservation.
