[BCMA] White Rock Museum + Archives Society Annual General Meeting Information

Good afternoon,

As a member of the White Rock Museum + Archives Society, in good 
standing, you are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting on 
Sunday, July 25^th , 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Museum's Meeting Room. 

Your attendance at the meeting is important as it is your chance to ask 
questions about the current state of the Museum and discuss its future 
progress.  You will also help shape the future of the Society by 
electing new members to our Board of Directors.  Most importantly, 
attending the AGM shows your support for the White Rock Museum + Archives.

We look forward to your attendance and participation.
