[BCMA] Gaming Grants Bulletin March 8th -10th

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

This has been the policy of the government for some time, either giving us
workshops on business  practise or money for festivals, nothing sensible
like archival work, exhibits, restoration or operation.
There is hope tho', we can all start hosting childrens' festivals, perhaps
in historical costume.
