I would love to be included in the responses as we are looking at something similar;  other mid-size museums' experience with a Donor/membership  database would be of value,

  Can anyone please help us to find a new Membership/Donations program to replace our existing in-house program.
  The program will need to keep track of different Membership/Donation catagories for internal and external reporting as well as having the capability of producing Income Tax receipts & related reports.
