Hello all-
Today is the early-bird deadline for Interpretation Canada's 2010 online
conference; the program is shaping up to be quite exceptional (except for
that first speaker. I've heard he's nothing but trouble.).
The overarching focus is on our audiences, both in terms of visitor
experience as well as ways to build, provoke and engage. This conference
will be exceptionally valuable for those of you who work in public or
educational programming, exhibit designers and anyone else who needs to be
mindful of the needs and desires of our visitors. (A complete schedule is
available here: http://www.learningtimes.net/ic/program.html)
Best of all, this conference is entirely online; audio recordings, slides
and associated side-conversations are all archived and available after the
conference.
(If you'd like to check out the conference format ahead of time, you can
visit http://www.learningtimes.net/ic/program2009.html for the archive from
the 2009 conference; it'll only be available to the public for a limited
time.)
Any questions, please ask.
